INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

Your Personal Information. When you register, you will be asked to provide us with certain personal information, such as your Broong ID, password, email address, name, country, gender, date of birth. You will need your Broong ID and password to create Notes and access Notes you have created from Broong. Much of your activity on Broong will be public and identifiable via your Broong ID . For instance, your ID will be displayed publicly on Broong when you create, comment on, or send a Note to your friends. When your Broong ID is displayed on the Site, it is clickable by visitors to the Site.

Your Broong Page. Your Notes appear on your Broong Page, which visitors will be taken to when they click on your ID. (On your Broong Page, visitors will only be able to view Notes that you have marked Public.) Visitors will be able to see and search through your public Notes, your category folders that include Public Notes, your Note collection, and your Note status.

Your Discretion. When creating a Note on the Site, there are options to share, send, comment, and link. Remember that any information you disclose becomes public, and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal, financial or other sensitive information.
OTHER INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE AND HOW WE USE IT

Reports We Generate Using Your Information. We may use your Broong ID, all Notes you create or save and the information associated with them in internal reports generated for purpose of monitoring user activity on the Site. Personally identifiable data from these reports will not be distributed to third parties or used for any other purposes except as stated herein, although the information in aggregate may be utilized to show publicly or to affiliates to demonstrate the usage of the Site.

Your Email Address. The email address you provide will be used (1) to email an authorization link upon your completion of the registration process that will activate your Broong account, (2) to respond to your customer support inquiries i.e. forgotten password requests, and (3) to keep you informed about updates to the Site and will not be distributed to third parties.

Disclosures to Third Parties. We may use third party contractors to enhance business operations or to administer activities on our behalf, and may share your information (both personal and non-personal) with these contractors for those limited purposes. We will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties except as provided in this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY AND HOW WE USE IT

Log Data. Our servers automatically record information that your browser sends when you visit the Site ("Log Data"). We use Log Data to monitor the compilation of aggregate information about the usage of the Site and for system administration. We may use this information to create reports that will be made available on our Site regarding activity that occurs within the public parts of the Site. We may share information we gather with third parties, such as advertisers, business partners and sponsors, but only in the aggregate or in anonymous form. We will not connect your name or other personally identifiable information to the foregoing information should we choose to share it with third parties.

Cookies. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how users interact with the Site, to monitor aggregate usage, and web traffic routing, and to improve the Site.
